We spent a lovely New Year's holiday at this hotel. the food was absolutely amazing, with a wide array of choices and great quality. We also appreciated the friendly and helpful staff, who were always available to answer our questions. the location is perfect for outdoor activities, with ski bus stops nearby and beautiful scenery to explore. the on-site parking was also a great convenience.

Nice clean hotel with good food 'buffet style'. They have international cuisine so you miss out a bit on Austrian specialities but all was very good and the service excellent.

We had reserved for 3 nights but had to leave one day earlier and they charged us for the room. This way you don't make friends...

I loved this hotel! The rustic decor, services, and general atmosphere really matched the location in the beautiful mountains of the Austrian Alps.

The facilities were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. The restaurant (evening & breakfast) was first class.

No area to load cars under cover without paying for internal car park. I would have liked WiFi Internet access in my room.

The hotel offered a great variety of food, especially during the New Year's Eve dinner, which was a highlight of our stay. The hotel's location was perfect for skiing, with the slopes being just a short walk away. The staff was always friendly and offered excellent service. The room was comfortable and had a great view of the mountains.

The noise level in the hotel was a bit high, especially during some of the events in the evening. The spa area was a bit small and crowded, and we had to wait to use some of the facilities.

Kind and polite staff, great restaurant, decent motorcycle parking, beautiful mountain surroundings, good starting point for Grossglockner exploration.

The staff are friendly and provide great service. The rooms offer a superb view of the mountains and the breakfast included is a delightful start to the day. Additionally, the hotel is conveniently located near the ski bus stop, making it easy to access the nearby slopes.
